Biblical studies

God’s desire is that we continually grow in our walk with Him. The purpose of Bible studies is to help you gain a full knowledge of God’s Word. During them you will learn to pray, intercede for others, testify and evangelize about what Jesus has done in his life, how to develop his potential and other biblical trainings that will guide him in each step of his stages as a believer, and becoming an active instrument in the fulfillment of the vision of our church.

Youth services

Chosen Generation is the youth ministry of the Open Heavens church, where young people and adolescents meet every third Saturday of the month to have an encounter with God. In Chosen Generation, young people have the opportunity to meet new friends, seek to grow in their relationship with God, and be of influence to other young people of their generation. The purpose of youth ministry is to teach them to form themselves in the culture of the Kingdom of God by imparting the message of the gospel, teaching them to be worshipers, and strengthening their homes to reach those who do not know Jesus.

Discipleship

Our discipleship groups are a great way to connect with our church and receive personal guidance and direction in your walk with God. Disciples meet once a month. They are a more personal environment, where each disciple has an encounter with God, receives a profound message, receives personal direction, and establishes strong relationships with other believers like you. To join a discipleship visit our church during any of our weekend services.

Media

One of the most effective tools we have to reach the world is using the media to carry the message of faith. It is for this reason that our church, Open Skies, aims to be present in digital media. This is a work of great commitment and dedication, which requires a financial and time investment, but we see how God provides not only the finances, the ideas and the talent to carry this ministry forward, but also the harvest of souls, and the hundreds of testimonials that we receive through digital platforms.

Tamborine and dance

We have dance groups for both girls and boys. We believe that it is important through dance that young people can worship and glorify God in a creative way with dances of movement and expression. In this way, we prepare each group in the knowledge of the Holy Scriptures and in dance.

«Praise him with tambourine and dance; Praise him with strings and flutes; praise him with resounding cymbals, praise him with cymbals of joy. All that breathes praise God. Hallelujah. – Psalm 150: 4-5.

Church for children

In the Open Heavens Church we have services for children (2-11 years old). Children participate in a safe environment according to their age, where they learn in a fun and creative way about the person of Jesus and how His love and power is manifested for all those who place their faith in Him. It is a joy to know to parents and their children during our weekend services.

Prayers and intercessions

We are interested in you and your needs, and We believe that God will answer every request by mutual agreement. We have lines of prayer and intercession every day of the week in the early morning at 4 a.m. and at night at 8 pm except Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. We know that nothing is impossible with God.

Missions

“And do not forget to do good and mutual help; for with such sacrifices God is pleased. ” – Hebrews 13:16.

Our goal is to reach and transform lives for Christ. The way we do it is by taking God’s word around the world, feeding the hungry and caring for the needy with clothing, shoes, meals, blankets and more.

Baptism

Diving under the water is an act of obedience and faith that externally expresses what has happened spiritually in our lives and hearts. Our church encourages all believers in Christ to be water baptized. Baptism classes must be completed prior to being baptized.

Events

Throughout the year we have many special events for the whole family. From our annual anniversary and Gala Dinner in February, special Easter service to our special Thanksgiving service in November to celebrating the welcome of the New Year. As well as various retreats throughout the year for families, couples, youth, women and men.
